Return & Exchange Policy

Gift Boxes
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, all gift box sales are final. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your gift box arrives damaged or defective, reach out to us at eneristudio.ca@gmail.com within 14 days with photos, and we'll make it right.

Individual Items
Individual items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To start a return or exchange, contact us at eneristudio.ca@gmail.com with your order number.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 14 days with photos, and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.
